About this package
→ LÖSS Grüner Veltliner
Grüner Veltliner Löss forms the basis of our portfolio. It is sourced from vines growing on the eponymous loess soils. They have been formed over the millennia by deposits of weathering alpine rock, crushed under the weight of ice age glaciers. Enormous storms have deposited this dust, in various mineral compositions of clays, lime, quartz and mica, also in the southern Kamptal. The mineral-rich and porous soil characterizes the typical bright fruit and fine spice of this Veltliner.

→ LANGENLOIS Grüner Veltliner
Every wine producing village is unique in terms of location, geology and wine culture. The Ortswein (Village Wine) tradition is centuries old and reflects this geological, microclimatic and cultural spectrum. The historic town of Langenlois is not only the center of the Kamptal appellation, it is also our center of life. Our Veltliner vines predominantly grow on limy, partly clayey, loess and loam soils, which cover an area stretching from the southeast of Langenlois to the higher elevated western plateau. This elegant Veltliner, bottled after over 6 months of aging on the lees, is characterized by pithy fruit and spicy minerality, which unmistakably reflect its origin and the character of the people who live here.

→ NATIVE Grüner Veltliner x Riesling
A grape variety blend with a history spanning more than a century. Our Native combines Grüner Veltliner and Riesling into a light-footed, delicately fruity all-rounder with a generous palate and excellent grip. The grapes come from the historic terraced vineyards surrounding Langenlois, where they grow on mineral-rich loess soils and barren primary rock. After harvest, the berries are gently crushed and macerated together in the press for more than 20 hours before pressing. Following fermentation in small oak barrels, the wine remains on its full lees until bottling, before being filtered and bottled.

→ MOTTO Muskat Ottonel
An old variety from the 19th century. Re-discovered and re-cultivated. We have selected our vines from an old field blend that was already planted by our ancestors. A living piece of our history and philosophy.

→ ROSÉ
A Rosé from our indigenous Zweigelt and St. Laurent, with a hint of Pinot Noir and the northern most S*****vese grown in Europe. It is characterized by its light-footed elegance! We harvest the grapes early in autumn and then leave the juice on the skins for a few hours. The result is the charming light pink color and the fresh, delicately fruity taste of small strawberries and raspberries. With its juicy and cool style, this rosé is the perfect after-work wine. Have a glass, relax and enjoy life (we all need it)!

→ LANGENLOISER URGESTEIN Riesling
Every wine-growing village is unique in its location, geology, and wine culture. The tradition of village wines is centuries old and reflects the geological, microclimatic, and cultural identity of their origin. This wine comes from the historic vineyards of Langenlois, the heart of the Kamptal and our home. Our Riesling vines grow on the terraced slopes northwest of the town, rooted in crystalline and metamorphic primary rock soils, predominantly gneiss, amphibolite, granite, mica schist, and quartz. Aged on its lees for six months before bottling, this elegant Riesling is characterised by refined stone fruit aromas and a juicy, saline minerality. It unmistakably reflects both its origin and the palate of the people who live here.
