This exclusive composition was blended by Ludwig & Dietmar with Jutta & Marc Hillen in Langenlois.

The grapes were selectively harvested by hand in various parts during the second half of October. Destemmed, slightly crushed and macerated for several hours. Gently pressed with low pressure. Fermented in big acacia cask and stainless steel and later matured in cask on the lees for several months. Bottled at high atmospheric pressure during the waxing moon in October 2023. 100% artisanal.
Fine mix of fruit and spice, white pears, mangos, tea and tobacco leaves; unfolds on the palate with a very fine herbal spice and ripe yellow fruit, medium-bodied stature, juicy, mouth-filling, beautiful extract and a lot of finesse, long-lasting finish; seamless!
