In the coming weeks we will prepare each vine for this year's harvest. Old and young vines are pruned to make a first yield adjustment. We have been practicing and adapting to "gentle pruning" for several years now. In simple terms this means that we try to only leave very small wounds and keep the natural sap flow undistrubed. This way we can protect the vitality of the vine, after all, we want them to become as old as possible.
