Rosé 2023
A Rosé made from our indigenous Zweigelt and St. Laurent grapes, complemented by a touch of Pinot Noir and the northernmost S*****vese grown in Europe. We harvest the crisp blue grapes early in the autumn and leave the juice in contact with the skins for several hours. The result is a charming, light pink color and a fresh, delicately fruity taste of red berries. A juicy and refreshingly cool wine for any occasion, characterized by light-footed elegance and a delicate yeast character!

Vinification
The grapes were selectively harvested by hand in mid and late September. Destemmed, slightly crushed and macerated for several hours. Gently pressed with low pressure. Fermented in stainless-steel and matured on the lees for 4 months. Bottled at high atmospheric pressure during the waxing moon in March 2024.
Wine description
Scent of strawberries and peach blossoms, some raspberry cream, backed by some S*****vese spice. Wonderfully fresh on the palate, juicy, again strawberries, yellow peaches, delicately fruity and animating, a fine loess-driven minerality.
